Whether you are new to yoga and hoping to understand the basics, or are an experienced practitioner, looking to go deeper into yoga philosophy or more advanced asana we have a class to suit you. Our experienced teachers have higher level qualifications and bring direct experience from their personal practice to every class. Read more about the classes we offer below.
Hatha Yoga

Thursdays 7:30pm (60 mins)​
A great class to begin with or to tidy up your practice. Expect a carefully sequenced yoga class based on traditional yoga teachings. Variations will be given to make each posture work for you and the use of props is encouraged. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Yin Yoga

Wednesdays 7:30pm (60 mins)​
Experience a powerful reset for your nervous system. By holding poses for longer, you'll promote relaxation, leading to clearer mind, better sleep, and improved digestion. This calming practice enhances your mood and fosters a sense of inner peace. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Wednesdays 7:15am (60 mins)​
Early mornings are the perfect time to practice. In this class, you’ll experience gentle, grounding sequences that encourage ease and awareness. Take this moment to reconnect with yourself before the day unfolds.

Mellow Flow

Wednesdays 6:15pm (60 mins)​
This Slow Flow Yoga class emphasises the development of a serene and calm inner landscape. Engage in gentle movements, practice mindful breathing, and enjoy a calming meditation. You will depart feeling centered and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Mindful Flow

Fridays 10:00am (60 mins)​
This class invites you to move with awareness through a sequence of postures that build warmth, fluid, and strength. With an emphasis on alignment and embodied movement, you'll cultivate a sense of space and grounding. Leave feeling refreshed and ready for the days ahead! Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Dharma Yoga - all levels

Mondays 6:15pm (75 minutes)
An open level class based on the teachings of beloved yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra. These classes provide students with the opportunity to engage with a number of different yoga practices including asana (postures), mantra (sound), pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques) and meditation. Suitable for all levels apart from complete beginners.
Dharma Yoga - some experience

Sundays 9:30am (90 mins)
A more challenging Dharma Yoga practice based on the teachings of beloved yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra. Expect a complete physical practice including balances, twists, stretches, back bends and inversions, as well as the opportunity to go deeper into your spiritual practice through philosophy, mantra and meditation. Suitable for those with 3-6 months consistent practice.
Rest & Restore

Monthly on Fridays, 6:30 pm (90 mins)
A monthly treat to lengthen and release tired muscles and quieten busy minds. Expect long-held floor-based postures that promote relaxation. We will use props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets to support the body to stay comfortable in poses for longer. This class will leave you feeling calm and refreshed. Vinyasa Flow

Tuesdays 7:30pm (60 minutes)
A stronger, upbeat, flowing yoga class to get your body moving and your heart beating. Good for strength, conditioning and flexibility, this is a light hearted class where you are encouraged to try new things.
Suitable for those with 3-6 months consistent practice and without injuries.
Women's Circle

Twice Monthly, 7pm (90 mins)
Gather to share, sing, journey, and meditate during the new and full moons each month. Each circle is designed around the energetic frequency and astrological significance of the moon, as guided by Vedic astrology. Join us to connect, support one another, and celebrate sisterhood in a nurturing environment.
