Be well. Inside and out
Wellness at Temple of Yoga
We're creating a special kind of centre of wellness right here in Banbury!
The best therapists in the area are coming together under one roof to create a range of therapy options to meet all needs. Every therapist at Temple of Yoga is an expert in their field, just like our teachers.
Read more about our therapists and the treatments they have to offer below.
Robina is a self-confessed anatomy geek. She's our go-to therapist for injuries old and new. As a level 4 sports massage therapist, she is qualified and experienced in working post-acute injury and with pre-existing conditions.
Robina has experience working with sporty clients from different disciplines, she spent a season working as the resident therapist at Long Buckby Rugby Club and works with runners, cyclists, golfers, footballers, Crossfiters, body builders, yogis and dancers. She is also a keen runner herself as well as a yoga teacher (watch out for classes coming to the Temple soon) and a trainee personal trainer.
But sports massage isn’t just for athletes and sports people. By manipulating the body’s soft tissue, it can help alleviate and correct imbalances associated with repetitive movements and postures. Whether you have general aches and pains or a specific sport related injury, sports massage could be just what you are looking for.
As well as sports massage (including myofascial cupping, sports and kinesio taping, and IASTM), Robina also offers a range of holistic therapies including Indian head massage and pre and post natal massage.
Throughout January appointments with Robina are available at the discounted rates of:
1 hour - £45
45 mins - £35
30 mins - £25
(First appointments for sports massage require an hour).
Robina is available for appointments on Fridays 11.15am - 5.15pm. Email her to book.
