Mindful Flow

Thursday 6pm

Take time over your practice with this rhythmic flowing yoga class. Focus will be placed on moving with bodily integrity and proper alignment.

Suitable for all students with healthy bodies and some yoga experience.

Energy practice

Returning soon

Our 45 minute energy practice is a combination of pranayama (breathing exercises), mantra (sound yoga) and meditation.

When we free the breath through pranayama we allow the life energy (prana) to flow through the body. It has the effect of energising, relaxing and healing the body. The perfect way to start your weekend!

This class is suitable for everyone.

Dharma (advanced)

Thursday 7:15pm

Based on the teachings of beloved yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, this challenging yet playful practice includes balances, twists, stretches, back bends and inversions.

Although Dharma Yoga is a physical practice, it is also a deeply spiritual journey that will introduce you to the many facets of yoga including pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques), mudras (hand gestures) and meditation.

You do not need able to achieve all of the postures, just come with a willingness to try new things and be inspired!

It's recommended that you have at least 6-months consistent yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

Monday 8:30pm

Take time out from your week to relax and let go of tension in the body, mind and heart.

Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians through passive, longer-held poses. You will be mostly floor-based, using props such as block and bolsters to support the body in poses held for up to five minutes.

Expect to feel deep sensation, and experience a deep sense of release.

Suitable for all levels from beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Deep Release

Monthly Sundays 4pm

An extended version of our Yin & Restore class, join us for a deeply nourishing 2-hour treat designed to lengthen and release tired muscles and quieten busy minds.

Suitable for all levels, the class will use long holds and deep stretching to create space and leave you feeling relaxed and ready for for the week ahead.

Dharma Masterclass

Monthly Sunday 9:30am

An open level class based on the teachings of beloved yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra. The charging practice is based on moving Kundalini energy from the base of the spine up to the crown chakra. In classical Hatha Yoga this is achieved through a series of backbends and forward folds.

The class is taught without vinyasas (movement between postures) which makes it accessible for all levels. You take each posture to the point that's appropriate for your own condition.

Although Dharma Yoga is a physical practice, it is also a deeply spiritual journey that will introduce you to the many facets of yoga including pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (purification techniques), mudras (hand gestures) and meditation.

These classes are recommended for anyone with some experience of yoga.
